PRAYER: DEPENDING ON GOD TO DO WHAT ONLY HE CAN DO
We love to see the life-transforming, surprising, powerful things that God does when our prayers and the rest of our lives are characterized by dependence on Him. God delights in showing His power through ordinary people like us when we put our confidence in what He can do (Philippians 4:13).
BIBLE: LOVING AND LIVING THE BIBLE
At a time when many have little or no connection to the Bible, we are passionate about helping everyone deeply engage with God’s powerful, life-changing Word (Hebrews 4:12).
HOME: BUILDING FAITH AT HOME
Believing that God designed the home to be an important place of spiritual nurture and mission, we love to equip people to live out their faith at home (Joshua 24:15).
GENUINENESS: RELATING GENUINELY
We greatly value genuine, loving relationships where we are honest about our sin and our deep need for God and each other. God works powerfully in the midst of our community when the masks come off and we share what is really going on in our lives (2 Corinthians 3:12-18).
GENEROSITY: LIVING AND GIVING GENEROUSLY
We are inspired to be generous with time, talent, and treasure inside and outside of Northwest as faithful stewards because of God’s extravagant generosity towards us (2 Corinthians 9:6-8).
WITNESS: BRINGING OUR FRIENDS TO JESUS
