At Northwest, we believe God has entrusted us with something incredibly important – the kids of this church and community. Look at how strongly Jesus feels about the importance of children in Matthew 18:4-5.
“Therefore, whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven,
And whoever welcomes a little child like this in my name welcomes me.”
Our Children’s Ministry – Elevate – considers it a privilege to welcome your kids in Jesus’ name, for it is as if we are welcoming Jesus Himself!
Our mission as a Children’s Ministry is to help kids and families take “next steps” with Jesus… so that they can help others take “next steps” with Jesus.
Our motivation to live out this mission is that we see the ELEVATED significance of God, His Word, Kids, and Leaders. Our logo below visually represents both our mission and motivation.
